Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Aster Studio LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“Planify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with our mobile applications, website, and related services (the “Service”).

The Service is offered only to users in the United States and is not directed to individuals located outside the U.S. It is not intended for children under 13.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California and other U.S. state privacy laws. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

We currently do not display third-party advertising in the Service and do not use third-party advertising SDKs or trackers.

Advertisers receive reports about ad performance in aggregate. They do not receive your guest lists, event contents, or contact information.

We use analytics providers to understand how the Service is used so we can improve it. These providers may collect device identifiers, usage data, and IP address on our behalf. You can limit some collection through your device’s advertising and privacy settings (for example, “Limit Ad Tracking” on iOS or “Opt out of Ads Personalization” on Android).

We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address associated with your account, and may request additional information if needed. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by an additional 45 days with notice.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our response with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond to appeals within 45 days (or 60 days where state law allows). If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

9. Information About People Who Aren’t Users

If you were added to a guest list or received an invitation and do not have a Planify account, we hold limited information about you — typically a name and email address or phone number provided by the person who invited you.

You may email legal@letsplanify.com to request that we delete your information or stop sending you invitations. Note that the person who invited you retains their own copy of your contact information in their device or records, which we do not control.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact legal@letsplanify.com and we will delete it promptly.

Users between 13 and 18 should use the Service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk. Protect your account by using a strong, unique password and notifying us immediately at legal@letsplanify.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we need to retain it to:

We and our service providers store and process information in the United States. The Service is intended for U.S. users only.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, venue pages, maps, and services. This Policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their privacy policies before providing information.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date and, for material changes, provide additional notice by email or in-app notification before the changes take effect. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent.
